Welcome to Panic Pouch. By using getpanicpouch.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products. Panic Pouch™ is a wellness tool, not a medical device, and is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Our products include food items; ingredient and allergen information is printed on each item's original packaging, and it's your responsibility to review it before use. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

Orders and payment. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by our payment processors, and your order is confirmed by email once payment goes through. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was listed in error.

Shipping and returns. Shipping timelines and our return policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page and are part of these terms. Because pouches contain food items, we can't accept returns on opened products. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 30 days and we'll make it right.

Our content. The Panic Pouch™ name, logo, and all site content belong to us. Please don't copy, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panic Pouch is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to your purchase.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
