How it all started

Carly had her first panic attack on a bachelorette trip eight years ago.

Since then she has had countless panic attacks. In an effort to curb the effects of the panic attacks she tested out endless recommendations from Reddit, Instagram, her therapist, psychiatrist, hair dresser, you name it. And over time she found that four products worked the most consistently. She put them in a small medical pouch and hasn't left home without it since.

Her doctors and therapist noticed the pouch and encouraged her to share it. In November 2025 she put it on Etsy with no advertising, just to see if it was a concept others were interested in.
