When you place an order or join our email list, we collect your name, email address, and shipping address, plus your phone number if you provide it. Payment details are processed securely by our payment processors (Stripe/PayPal/etc.) and are never stored by us. Like most websites, we also collect basic analytics data such as browser type and pages visited, using cookies.

HOW WE USE IT

We use your information to fulfill orders, send order updates, respond to your messages, and send marketing emails if you signed up for them. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We share information only with the services that keep our shop running: Squarespace (website and order management), our payment processors, shipping carriers, and our email provider. We never sell your personal information.

YOUR CHOICES

You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by reaching out through our contact page. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete, and we honor those requests.
